About Our Business
AFC Insurance, Inc. specializes as an Underwriting Manager for Health & Human Services, Home Health Care, Home Medical Equipment Dealers, Paratransit/Non-Emergency Transportation, Commercial Child Care, Worker’s Compensation and Pizza Operators with Delivery program business. In addition to Property, GL, PL, Auto and Umbrella, we also offer D&O and EPLI coverages.
Most of these lines of coverage are also available on a monoline basis. AFC offers quick turnarounds on quotes, policies, endorsements and other services needed as we handle rating, policy and endorsement issuance capabilities right in our office. We can provide you with loss runs, claim status reports and payment histories upon request.
Our Health & Human Services program is for profit and not-for-profit risks. Classes of business include counseling services, addiction centers, mental health and physical disability centers. We write business with A Rated insurance carriers such as QBE, Lexington Insurance Company, Chartis, Travelers and Fireman’s Fund. For all our programs, we have risk management options available that include an array of tools including safety bulletins, educational webinars, consultative programs and other services.
Our newest program is Paratransit/Non-Emergency Transportation for fleets of five or more vehicles. Our Child Care Solutions program is for afterschool care, child care, day camps, tutoring and nursery schools. Our program for Pizza Restaurants includes the option to write Worker’s Compensation and Non-Owned Auto liability coverage for delivery drivers.
